Known for her wisdom, and impactful training modules, she is a sought after facilitator in areas of spirituality, praise and worship, motivational living, leadership, vision casting, organizational development, and community transformation. She is also a licensed real estate agent who serves as a consultant and transaction representative for organizations looking to sell, lease and/or buy commercial property.

She has an interest in research that provides social advocacy to marginalized groups. Dr. Wright is an advocate for the hopeless and the marginalized and utilizes her influence to transform the world one strategy at a time.
